How much does Altek cost?
Altek is priced per hotel, per month, fixed, banded by property size: €399/month under 100 rooms, €549/month from 100 to 500 rooms, and from €649/month over 500 rooms, plus optional modules. Chains and management groups are priced on portfolio volume. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, followed by a 12-month term.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. One fixed amount per hotel per month, agreed upfront. It doesn't change with email volume, season, or exact room count within your band.
Do we pay for features we don't use?
No. Modular by design. Your price covers your chosen product and modules, nothing else.
Why bands instead of per-room pricing?
Fairness and predictability. Per-room models charge you more for the same job as you grow. With bands, every hotel your size pays the same and the number is fixed all year, so you know it in advance and never get penalized for being a larger property.
What's always included?
All PMS integrations (Mews, Opera Cloud, Visbook/BookVisit), onboarding and training, GDPR documentation and DPA, and support. No per-integration fees, and no setup fee on the single-property bands. Portfolio rollouts with on-site deployment are quoted in your proposal.
Can independents use Altek, or only groups?
Independent hotels, chains, and management groups all use the same product. Chains and management groups get enterprise volume pricing across the portfolio.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial using the product on your own inbox. If it isn't right for you, you leave within the trial with no commitment and nothing to pay.
Is there a minimum contract?
After the 30-day trial, a rollout phase followed by a 12-month committed term. We'll confirm the exact terms in your fixed quote.
Can I use Altek if my hotel is under 100 rooms?
Yes. Under 100 rooms is its own band at €399 per hotel per month. Every hotel your size pays the same, whatever your inquiry volume does through the year.
