FOR CHAINS & GROUPS

Every property answers like your best property.

The brand promise is consistency, but every inbox is its own island. Different response times, different tone, different corners cut when it gets busy.

Every hotel handles its own email, and they're losing revenue they can't even see.

Central reservations handles some of it, but each property still runs its own inbox. Response times, quality, and captured revenue vary wildly from hotel to hotel, and nobody at group level can see the leak. Multiply a slow inbox across 40 properties and the lost revenue is enormous, and invisible.

Altek standardizes the work behind every request across the whole estate: every property answering fast, in brand voice, with the operation done. Group-level visibility shows what each inbox is actually capturing. The shift maturing groups are making is from replying to doing the work behind the reply, at scale.

One standard. Every property.

Every inquiry triaged the same way, drafted in the voice of the brand it came to, with the work behind it staged and approved. Your best reservation agent's quality, at every property, in 100+ languages.

  1. One operating standard. Each brand's own voice.

A group at three price points doesn't want one voice, it wants three, held consistently. Tone and policy are set per brand and per property; local teams approve every reply before it goes out.

  2. It runs alongside what you already bought

Altek sits on the inbox and the PMS. Your booking engine, CRS and CRM stay where they are, doing what they do. Nothing gets ripped out and nothing gets migrated.

  3. Group-level visibility

Which inboxes are drowning, where revenue requests are waiting, what actually got handled, property by property. The estate side by side, which is a view most groups have never had.

  4. Central reservations, unblocked

If you run a central reservations team, it stops being the bottleneck every property queues behind. If you don't, the group gets that consistency without standing one up. Each property keeps its own inbox either way.

  5. Governance before scale

Least-privilege access, permissions set per action and per property, a full audit trail, and a human approving anything that changes a booking. The things your IT and security review will ask for, before it asks.

We roll out on-site, with your central team

Consistency across a group is won at the front desk, not in a contract. Our team comes to your head office in person: training the central team, setting the approval rules each brand answers by, and running the sessions and meetings that carry it out to the properties. We stay involved until the central team and the hotels are both getting it right.

The inquiries where inconsistency costs the most

Everyday demand arrives at whichever property the guest found first. These are the four that decide whether the group captures it or the hotel down the road does.

Guest inquiry

I need a single room Monday to Thursday next week. Do you have a corporate rate for my company?

Prepared, waiting for approval
  • Live availability for those nights at that property
  • The company's negotiated rate applied where one exists, best available where it doesn't
  • Reply drafted in the brand's voice, reservation staged for the local team

A traveller who books your group every month meets the same speed at every property, instead of learning which of your hotels is the slow one.

Group and chain FAQ

What commercial, operations and IT ask before a group rollout.

What will our IT and security review need?
Least-privilege access scoped to the systems Altek actually reads, permissions set per action type and per property, a full audit trail of every action taken and who approved it, and a human approving anything that changes a booking. Data is hosted in the EU. Our security documentation covers the rest, and we'll work through your questionnaire directly.
Do we have to replace our booking engine, CRS or CRM?
No. Altek works on the inbox and the PMS. Your distribution stack, your booking engine and your CRM keep doing their jobs, and nothing is migrated out of them. This is one more thing your teams stop doing by hand, not one more system to run.
We run several brands. Can the voice differ between them?
Yes. Tone, policy and approval rules are set per brand and per property, so a lifestyle brand and a full-service brand don't answer in the same register. The consistency is in the standard of the work, not in flattening every hotel into one voice.
How does rollout work across the group?
Two properties first, measured against what they did before: inquiries handled, real response times, approval rates. Then waves you schedule, each inheriting the configuration from the last. We deploy on-site at each property, because software going live isn't the same as software working.
Our properties are on different PMSs. Does that matter?
No. Altek runs the same across Mews and Opera Cloud, so brands that came in through acquisition don't become an exceptions list. Properties on a system we haven't connected yet still start with triage and drafting from day one, with staged operations following as the connection lands.
Do local teams lose control?
The opposite. Nothing sends itself and nothing changes a booking on its own. Every reply and every staged operation is approved by the property's own team, under rules that property sets. The group gets visibility; the hotel keeps the decision.
