How the connection works under the hood
Altek authenticates against the Mews Connector API, syncs the property data it needs (rates, room types, restrictions, guest profiles), and listens for inbound emails and messages. Drafts appear in Outlook or the Altek inbox within seconds. The integration is read-mostly by default; write-backs are opt-in.
Setup time
First property typically goes live in about 30 minutes once Mews API access is granted. Multi-property rollouts move faster because the brand voice, escalation rules, and templates are configured once at the group level and inherited downstream.
Security and compliance
